This is Why Practitioners Keep Trying to “Pick My Brain” About AuDHD Women

Some practitioners are supporting AuDHD women every day without realising the questions they’re not yet asking to uncover our emotional truths.

A coach reached out to me recently because he was seeing more and more AuDHD women in his practice.

He sensed there were questions he wasn’t yet asking, and he had been learning about AuDHD through my content.

By the end of our conversation, he told me:

“You’ve equipped me with a completely different set of questions.”

In that moment, I realised that there were far more people who wanted to learn from me but were unable to access my AuDHD women’s advanced practitioner programme yet.

I see real challenges facing many practitioners today. And by the way, it isn’t the women who are becoming more complex. We’re simply beginning to see what our frameworks were never designed to recognise.

This is where it doesn’t add up. The women this coach was working with are highly self-aware, intelligent, motivated, and engaged in the work.

Yet many were still struggling with burnout, relationship difficulties, hormonal changes, medication challenges, nervous system exhaustion, and their environment.

The more he learned, the more he realised: the issue was never about a lack of motivation or about treatment resistance/non-compliance.

It was that the questions being asked were too narrow.

When we widen the lens, different possibilities emerge.

Questions about:

  • hormones
  • stress physiology
  • masking
  • nervous system adaptation
  • identity
  • relationships
  • survival strategies

When we ask a new set of questions, better support begins.

Learning to ask better questions is a skill, not just providing more interventions without knowing the source of what’s truly happening.

This is exactly why I’m creating a new Masterclass that introduces you to my TOTI lens:

AuDHD Women: The Pattern Most Practitioners Miss

A 2-hour practitioner insight masterclass on the hidden patterns conventional frameworks often overlook. This is where we help you develop the line of questioning that gets to the root of what she needs.

Because sometimes the biggest shift isn’t learning something new.

It’s seeing something differently.
