The FIRST EVER AuDHD Women Survey – Let’s Make Change Happen!

Yesterday, I sent out our AuDHD Women survey – and the responses have been incredible! If you identify as an autistic ADHD woman or know one, please take a moment to fill it out or share it.

This survey is about more than just data. It’s about capturing the lived experiences of AuDHD women to improve recognition, support, and the way professionals actually help us. Some insights will be shared next week at our AuDHD Community Event and will help shape our “Train the Helpers” programme.

I can’t tell you how exciting it is to see everything we’ve worked on coming together! Here’s what’s on the agenda for our AuDHD event for women (and allies!):

Agenda for AuDHD in Women: Missed, dismissed, reclaiming your voice

And if you haven’t yet, check out my AuDHD interview with the one and only Alex Partridge on the ADHD Chatter podcast! We talked about how AuDHD traits evolve from childhood to adulthood—a mix of nature, nurture, and navigating a world that wasn’t built for us.

This is our time to reclaim our voice. Hope to see you at the event!

With love & peace,

Sam
