Yesterday, I was ill. I had a talk scheduled with over 30 women in the Soroptimist International HQ community about ADHD, AuDHD, hormones and menopause. I almost cancelled. But as soon as I joined the call, something changed in me.
Being in a community – whether it’s with people I know or complete strangers – fills me with a sense of belonging. My awkwardness dissolves, my mask drops, and I step fully into my power. My power here is my purpose.
It’s this feeling of connection, of universal love, that drives everything I do. It’s why I’ve made it my mission to change how women – especially AuDHD women – are supported.
The Problem: Why This Work Matters
For years, women have told me the same thing:
💬 “There’s no one else out there doing research on AuDHD women like this – research that’s non-pathologising and truly needed.”
💬 “When you speak, the way you connect stories and science makes me feel seen for the first time.”
These words mean everything to me, but they also highlight an undeniable truth: AuDHD women are still being missed, dismissed, and misunderstood.
That’s why I created the AuDHD Women Programme – to provide the tools, strategies, and understanding that women need to reclaim their voices, their identities, and their lives.
The Transformation: What Makes This Programme Different
This isn’t just another course. It’s a journey into radical acceptance, authenticity, and inner transformation.
Here’s what makes it unique:
- It’s in-depth, nuanced, and has never been done before. We go beyond labels and pathology to see traits as fluid, not fixed.
- It’s grounded in lived experience and research.
- It’s designed for busy practitioners. With bite-sized lessons, lifetime access, and a hybrid format, you can learn at your own pace while balancing your other commitments.
The programme includes the first-ever:
- Original AuDHD Intersectional Scientific TOTI framework,
- Hormonal Cycle-Medication Tracker, which explores the link between hormones and meds, and the
- AuDHD Women Life Coaching Manual, built from our research into what AuDHD women truly need.
What the AuDHD Women Life Coaching Manual is For
Having run the first AuDHD Women Survey, I translated these lived experience data into practical strategies that women need. The manual has the following content:
- Part I: Understanding the AuDHD Woman
- Part II: The Coaching Journey
- Part III: Moving Forward: Translating Core Needs into Strategies
- Part IV: Core Practice Tools
- Part V: Safe Space Protocols
- Part VI: Templates & Reflection Tools
- Session Prompts Hub
- Resources
It gives practitioners the strategies to support AuDHD women around these core areas of need:
- Identity & unmasking
- Burnout recovery
- Emotional regulation
- Relational repair
- Workplace advocacy
- Hormonal navigation
Addressing Common Questions I Am Asked About the AuDHD Women Training
I know you might be wondering:
❓ “Is this course right for me?” This course is for anyone who identifies as and/ or supports AuDHD women. Many of our practitioners are AuDHD women themselves and find the course deeply rewarding.
❓ “I don’t have time to take a course right now.” The programme is designed with busy practitioners in mind. It’s a 6-week hybrid course with weekly live sessions (1–1.5 hours each) and lifetime access to all materials. There are optional community calls afterwards, created based on the feedback from our past cohort (they wanted to continue after the 6 weeks!)
❓ “It’s too expensive.” We offer extended payment plans (up to 10 months) and discounts for those who need them. We want to make this as accessible as possible.
If you’re ready to deepen your understanding of AuDHD women and create lasting impact – for yourself, your clients, or your community – this is your chance.
Doors close soon, and this is the final cohort where I’ll be offering such a generous package of 10 live sessions like this.
